The purpose of design the bracing member is, to ensure the stability of the building against forces in the longitudinal & lateral direction due to wind, cranes, earthquakes, and transfer these loads rafter & lumns to foundation.
Normally Road, Pipe or Angle sections are used in X-Bracing sytem, which has minimum yield Strength of 250MPa. In-wall bracings are laid between two columns from haunch to bottom of columns.
